OVERVIEW Real Estate Deal Analyzer is a Chrome browser extension that analyzes real estate listings on Zillow, Redfin, Crexi, and LoopNet. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains exactly what data we access and what we do with it.

DATA WE ACCESS The extension reads property listing information directly from the real estate websites you visit — including price, address, beds, baths, square footage, taxes, and HOA fees. This data is used solely to perform investment calculations (cap rate, cash flow, NOI, etc.) within the extension. It is processed locally in your browser and is never transmitted to any external server.

DATA WE STORE This extension does not store any data. All calculations are performed in real time and discarded when you close or navigate away from the page. Nothing is saved to your device or any external server.

DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT We do not collect any personal information of any kind. Specifically:

• We do not collect your name, email, or any identifying info
• We do not track your browsing history or web activity
• We do not use analytics or third-party tracking tools
• We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties
• We do not transmit any data to external servers
• We do not store financial information you enter into the extension (rent estimates, down payment, interest rate, etc.)

PERMISSIONS EXPLAINED The following permissions are used solely to provide the extension’s core functionality:

• activeTab — reads listing data from the page you are currently viewing to perform deal analysis calculations

• scripting — injects the deal analysis side panel into supported real estate listing pages

• sidePanel — displays the analysis panel persistently alongside the listing page

• host permissions (Zillow, Redfin, Crexi, LoopNet) — restricts the extension to activate only on these four supported platforms

• tabs — detects navigation to supported listing pages so the side panel can open at the right time

No permission is used beyond its stated purpose above.

THIRD PARTY SERVICES This extension does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks. No data is shared with any third party under any circumstance.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY This extension is intended for adult real estate investors and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY We may update this policy as the extension evolves. Any changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the extension constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
